Overripe Bananas
👋 I get through a huge quantity of bananas in a week (HCLF vegan) and I know they are one of the most wasted products in groceries so I try to source and save the spotty ones both because that's when they're easier to digest and value for money cos they're usually discounted but I'm actually having trouble finding spotty ones available to buy, Asia is my closest major supermarket. What can I do to get my hands all all the spottybones before they're discarded? Is there a time of day to visit? Cheers!
Edit: I didn't come here to have my diet commented on. Go look at the science of HCLF and rawtil4/fruit-based then pass comment. you actually cure health issues eating this way. 🙄
