Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for roommates to move in start of July! (Women heavily preferred) We are offering a private room with its own private restroom. The apartment is mostly furnished aside from the empty room for rent. There is a laundry room on site. Apartment is 2 blocks away from UCR, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.
