Long Shot Studio v0.6.13 (degradation test)

https://github.com/r34vtraining/Longshot_Studio (don't forget to download the 2 other custom nodes for this to work, you will find them under requirements)

After more back and forth with Claude for optimization and UI change, here is the latest update of Long Shot Studio.

  1. Added multi-take, queue up batch renders and go back and review all the different takes once they are finished.
  2. Timeline now has all the different takes you can switch around and review. All takes are saved in mp4 and latent.
  3. RTX VSR Pro updated to upscale 360 frames in 12 seconds (for final output or preview), you can set chunk size to slightly decrease upscale time.
  4. all project gets their own input and output subfolders
  5. Studio Version Number added to top left
  6. model tree is easier to read

EDIT:

  1. added ability to queue shots within project and across multiple projects
  2. auto-restart comfy if queue encounters OOM error
  3. added first and last frame anchor function

Wan Bernini storyboard input.... almost?

Found out today that you can input a 4 frame single image storyboard into Bernini and have it somewhat stick to the reference. The storyboard frame was generated in KREA2

I do wonder how much the prompt is doing the heavy lifting here:

prompt=============================================

use the 4 frames from the reference image as initial images for each shot

Shot 1 — The Clearing

Extreme wide establishing shot in Pixar-style 3D CG animation: a vast ancient enchanted forest clearing at glowing blue twilight, towering luminous mushrooms and massive twisted trees, floating motes of warm firefly light drifting through the air. A tiny distant elf girl with silver-white braided hair and a patched purple robe walks slowly into the clearing, dwarfed by the giant mushrooms, occupying less than one tenth of the frame. Camera very slowly descends from high above, drifting down through floating light motes. Rich saturated colors, whimsical magical atmosphere, soft dreamlike movement.

Shot 2 — The Discovery

Medium shot in Pixar-style 3D CG animation: a young elf girl around 10 years old with big green eyes, messy silver-white braided hair, pointed ears, and a patched purple apprentice robe kneels on mossy ground beside a small injured baby dragon with pale teal-green scales, coral-pink wing membranes, and a chubby round belly, curled up weakly. She slowly reaches one hand toward it, cautious and gentle. Fireflies drift between them. Camera slowly pushes in at ground level. Glowing blue twilight, warm firefly bokeh, soft subsurface skin shading, tender quiet moment.

Shot 3 — The Wonder

Close-up in Pixar-style 3D CG animation: a young elf girl's face in three-quarter view, big expressive green eyes reflecting golden light, silver-white braids framing her face, pointed ears. Her expression slowly blooms from cautious curiosity into awe and delight, a soft smile spreading, as a tiny amber crystal on a cord around her neck begins to glow brighter, casting warm light up onto her face against her purple robe. Camera nearly static with a very gentle drift. Glowing blue twilight background bokeh, rich saturated colors, soft magical atmosphere.

Shot 4 — First Flame

Over-the-shoulder shot from behind a young elf girl with silver-white braided hair and purple robe, in Pixar-style 3D CG animation: facing her, a small baby dragon with pale teal-green scales and a chubby round belly slowly spreads its coral-pink wings wide and breathes a gentle puff of sparkling magical flame that blooms with golden light, illuminating the girl's silhouette and the edges of her braids. Sparkling embers drift upward. Camera holds steady with a subtle slow push past her shoulder. Enchanted forest clearing at blue twilight, glowing mushrooms softly out of focus, warm magical glow, whimsical wonder.

Music Video 06: "Gently I'm Free" WAN2.2 FFLF, Lightweight VACE combine, InfiniteTalk

Another Music Video!

This video is made with WAN2.2 FFLF, Lightweight VACE Clip Joiner, and InfiniteTalk. After experimenting with LTX2.3 I still defaulted back to WAN2.2 for its consistent and reliable outputs.

After learning so much from my other project about storytelling and WAN camera control, I decided to give music video another go.

I really focused on storytelling for this video instead of just a collection of clips of people singing. Having to plan out shots instead of going with whatever looked cool. Which made it a lot more fun to make as well.

I am excited to try the new model Bernini, that will be my next project!

Hardware: rtx5090 96GB RAM, Intel i9.

Enjoy!

3 years of training with AI tools finally put to use

I have learned so much from this community and I want to say thank you all who have contributed endlessly to this subreddit. Me and 2 other AI users teamed up to make children's music videos. Here are some of the clips that utilized WAN22. Not everything on the youtube channel is opensourced, so I won' t post the link here unless it's requested. These are all made with standard WAN22 FFLF workflow which I have tweaked over the years.

The one thing I realized along the way is that WAN can do some amazing things, it's all in the prompt. Such as block transition, crash zoom, pan, dolly, tilt, rotate. It can pretty much do it all.

Here is the workflow for the first video.
