So when your running the dungeons there's this yellow marker that shows the path right. But you get to the end and kill the boss and the yellow marker stays in the middle spawn of the boss pit or whatever. When you go to leave the yellow marker keeps showing you the path back to boss spawn. So question is the yellow mark telling me I forgot something or what? I expect it to go away once Ive completed the dungeon or so I think I have completed.

So Ive search far and wide for the Marksman mask restrictive modules and finally decided to do some searching to find where its hidden. And everything I can find points to the northern wasteland holy ruins dungeon. There's even videos of a dungeon break down showing the exact path etc to get the restrictive modules. Problem is Ive been there 4 times and it drops the tactical mask not the restrictive modules everyone else gets in the videos I'm seeing. So question is... Did something change? Or is it a percentage drop rate rng thing? Thnx

Have around 400hrs in game so still dont know everything but my next step is mammoth boss which is my final boss on cloudmist. And I haven't found a use for the autominers and ropeways yet. Do the people that use them just feed there Mysterious converters with the ore? Or are you really using that much armor, tools and weapons to need one? Just curious. Thnx

Im a few hundred hours into SM currently. And its become my main game. Really enjoying time with it. But Im super surprised at how small the community is for such a well put together and extravagant game. When I look on twitch I see maybe 5 or less people streaming it. And they all seem to be new to streaming and have the usual audio quirks or dont talk at all for extended periods etc. And none of them has even 100 viewers. I look on YT and 99% of the videos are super low quality. Which Im not knocking anyone for low quality videos as I couldn't do better. But I feel like the quality of the videos and streams shows alot about the community. Even the reddits get pretty low amount of traffic imo.

So my question is why dont more people like SoulMask? Is it the grind? Is it the basebuilding? Is the game just to big and people feel its overwhelming to get into?

So I had no idea what I was doing. I bought the game and started on Shifting Sands official PVE tribe servers and after 150hrs Ive fallen deeply in Love with the game. Its become a daily play for me.

Now as you can imagine these decisions are causing huge issues. Official servers I'm limited to 1 tribesman fighting with me. Sobek crocodile of doom with myself and 1 helper is an impossibility at this point. And the masks from the other map would be a huge help.

So do I scrap a huge base, ungodly amount of inventory, 2 ships fully decked out, a maxed out main character, 4 tribesman with multiple 120+ stats, several other 120+ stat tribesman, a craftsman with 7 120+ crafting stats, and a gaggle of animals etc etc. And restart the game from zero on my own server and the 1st map and do a proper play through? Or just tough it out for as long as I play it and leave feeling like I never truly played the game right?

What would you do. Thnx

The majority of content available for SM allways shows players having multiple tribesman fighting along side them against bosses, in Dungeons etc etc. How do I do this? When I go up to 1 of my teibes man and tell them follow/fight and then go to the next theres no option. Official servers if that matters

My Chieftain stopped playing and then died somehow (maybe afk kick) and I just kept playing. But now Ive reached a point where I could sure use the tribe for some of the end game bosses. So wondering if Chieftain status can be transfered at all? This game isn't built to solo at all it seems.

Anyone ever capture a Sphinx? The little hairless housecat deals. Google says small traps and fish for bait. But they just keep walking through my traps. The traps fall but they walk through them like they arent even there. Any ideas? Thnx

When crafting either yourself or assigning a crafting to workers theres a list of required materials. How do you select which one to use? I accidently hit the key that popped up the menu where you can toggle which resource to use and before I didnt even know that existed. But I cant seem to figure out how to do it. Thanks for the help
