Did anyone experience an outage on the NQM6 or MNQM6 contract his morning between 8:05 AM to 8:15 AM? I was filled with a SELL order at 8:07AM which also activated the LIMIT order for my TP. The SELL was filled and the browser screen went blank. I tried a refresh, a re-log in, etc. attempting to get it to update. No luck. Meanwhile price went past my TP by 20 ticks and never filled. Spread on this at that time is usually 3-4 ticks so it wasn't widening, etc. By the time the feed came back online the price went against me and I had to exit for a loss. Total profit left on the table was $250 and had to exit for $200 loss. Customer Service has been useless so far despite screenshots, etc. Just beware, this is the second time I've been screwed over by TakeProfitTrader on Tradovate and they are incredibly unresponsive.

Today I had a STOP order on NQ blow through my STOP by 160 ticks on my Pro Account. It wiped out about 50% of my account. I didn't experience this at all on my real account with Iron Beam, STOP filled right at the same stop/same time. Do you all see things like this often in "SIM trading"? I got blown off by the Chat person. I decided to give Take Profit Trader on top of my real account because why not, good practice at least? Feeling pretty burned about them right now though.
