Materials & Build:
This is definitely one of the more special LV Trainer releases. The faded denim already gives the sneaker a nice vintage appearance, but the Swarovski studs and coloured stones completely change the character of the shoe. The quality feels solid throughout. The denim has a nice texture and the natural leather sections add some structure and contrast to the upper. The stitching around the layered panels is clean and consistent, and the overall shape looks solid. I especially like how the stones are spread across the denim instead of being concentrated in one area.

These never get old, and I think the Red and White combination looks perfect on the chunky LV Trainer shape. I really like the leather on this pair, it feels nice, and the strong red color makes all the different layered sections much easier to notice. The toebox shape looks solid and has the proper chunky basketball inspired LV Trainer profile. Stitching around the different leather panels is neat and consistent, the panel placement looks clean, and the overall shape feels balanced. I especially like the white details because they break up the red upper perfectly and give the shoe that classic basketball sneaker appearance. For fit, LV Trainers generally run large, so I’d go one size down from your usual size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I’d still ask for the insole measurements before choosing.

This color combination looks amazing, especially with the white leather and deep green sections. I really like the leather on this pair, it feels soft and substantial and has a nice texture in hand. The green mudguard is probably my favorite part because the reptile style texture gives the shoe much more character. The toebox shape looks solid. Stitching across the white leather is neat and consistent, especially those long stitched lines that define the Jordan 12. The purple details are a really nice touch too and give the pair just enough extra color.

The material has a nice nap to it, and I like how the black changes slightly depending on the light. It gives the pair a much richer look than plain smooth leather. The toe shape looks solid and has that proper slightly elongated profile. The hand stitching around the front looks neat and consistent, the edges are finished cleanly, and the overall shape looks balanced from every angle.

These are made to be lightweight and flexible, and the soft suede construction should make them comfortable for casual everyday wear. The calfskin lining also gives the interior a smoother feel against the foot. They have a much softer and less structured feeling than a traditional dress loafer.

For me the best and easiest to wear CW from B30. I really like the combination of mesh and technical fabric on this pair. The mesh has a nice texture, the different layered sections feel solid, and the all black construction makes all the shapes across the upper much easier to appreciate up close. The toebox shape looks solid. The welded sections look solid, panel placement is nicely done, and the overall shape feels balanced. For fit, these are true to size, so I’d go with your normal shoe size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I’d still ask for the insole measurements before choosing.

The Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low “Green Lobster” is one of the standout releases from the famous Lobster series, dressed in Green Stone, Legion Green and Fir. The upper combines premium durabuck and suede with a subtle speckled finish inspired by the texture of a lobster shell.

Material quality feels premium and substantial, especially across the suede and durabuck overlays. The toebox has that classic padded SB Dunk shape and is finished with the signature removable rubber bands, one of the defining details of the Lobster series. Lobsters week! These are never boring. The materials are easily one of my favorite things about this pair. The combination of suede and durabuck gives the upper plenty of texture, and the different green shades make the layered construction stand out. The speckled finish is subtle but adds another nice detail when you look at the shoe closely. The toebox shape looks solid, the stitching is clean throughout, and the panel placement feels nicely balanced. I also really like the rubber band detail because it immediately separates the Green Lobster from a normal SB Dunk. Add the checkerboard lining, thick tongue and extra laces, and there are plenty of small details to appreciate.

Comfort:

The thick padded tongue and collar give this pair that classic comfortable SB Dunk feel. There is also a Zoom Air insert in the sockliner, which provides some extra cushioning underfoot. It is still a relatively substantial skate shoe, but for everyday wear the padding makes it comfortable.

Fit:

I’d go true to size as the starting point. Because of the extra padding around the tongue and collar, SB Dunks can feel slightly snugger than regular Dunks. If you have wider feet or are between sizes, I’d ask for the insole measurement before choosing.

Lobsters week! These are never boring. The materials are easily one of my favorite things about this pair. The combination of suede and durabuck gives the upper plenty of texture, and the different green shades make the layered construction stand out. The speckled finish is subtle but adds another nice detail when you look at the shoe closely. The toebox shape looks solid, the stitching is clean throughout, and the panel placement feels nicely balanced. I also really like the rubber band detail because it immediately separates the Green Lobster from a normal SB Dunk. Add the checkerboard lining, thick tongue and extra laces, and there are plenty of small details to appreciate.

This is honestly one of those collaborations that still feels special years later. The white and red combination is simple, but there are so many small details throughout the upper that the shoe becomes completely different from a regular Air Force 1. I especially like how the red sections contrast against the white leather while still carrying Louis Vuitton’s Monogram pattern. The quality feels solid throughout. The calf leather feels soft but substantial, the stitching is clean and consistent, and the different panels are nicely aligned. The zig-zag stitching around the Swoosh is another detail I really like because it adds that handmade appearance associated with Virgil’s designs. Even smaller details like the printed laces and additional “AIR” lettering make sense here instead of feeling randomly added. Shape wise, it still has the recognizable AF1 profile.

They feel comfortable and familiar on foot because underneath all the luxury detailing, this is still based around the classic Air Force 1 construction. The padded collar gives good support around the ankle, while Nike Air cushioning provides that solid and slightly cushioned feeling underfoot.
