Hey, I am just starting out in wholesaling real estate and I wanted to know how should I be able to get my first deal without spending heavy on the leads, I know I maybe sounding a dumbo, but the thing is right now I don't have the spread/money to throw on leads lists, skiptracing, and RE softwares. so my question is how should I be able to pull my first deal to get the ball rolling? like from zillow, Pre-foreclosures etc, a guidance would be appreciated, Thanks!
