My previous post shows how my hair was thinning a lot! Not sure the cause still to this day but it’s so much better and I’ve been using 5% foam Rogaine since summer 2024 and it’s working wonders. Taking vitamin D as well as I was low normal and started adding small amounts of meat to my diet but still think it’s the rogaine and maybe whatever was going on has passed for now.
