I have Restless Leg Syndrome and maybe some other neurological issues and feel like my nerves have been extra nervy since I’ve started. I’ve seen some papers that suggest glp-1s can aggravate nerves, so I’m not (nor is my doctor) worried, but I’m curious if other people have experienced similar symptoms.

I'm just about to start my journey and picked Foundayo specifically because it seems to have more flexibility in timing. When do you take your pill, and have you noticed any benefit to taking it at a specific time?
