Cancel online and AMC keeps re-enrolling me
I canceled my subscription (online) in April and in May they charged me again $10.99. I logged into my account and found my subscription was enabled. So I canceled again and today they charged my credit card again. I called support explained the issue asked them to cancel my account and refund my $10.99. They asked me to reconsider and offered me 1 free month. Totally tone deaf.

DREO 765s water low warning
New DREO 765s. I purchased the new model this week. It is an indoor mister fan. The first night we used it, it worked great. The fan works very well and the light mist help cool us. The second day the mister stopped working because the device thinks the water tank is empty or not connected. I spent an hour trying to trouble shoot.
Is this a common issue with DREO mister fans?
