Question for volunteer that Fought / did training

Im a man from The Netherlands, 20 years old and thinking years about joining Ukrainian Army now. Every day my I think about it. And I made my choice. I want to go.

I have no military expierence and not the fittest atm

My interest always was artillery. I watches some sites and saw artillery vacancies. I want to apply but have some questions.

I read about 1 month training.

- is the training really focus on practice or do push ups, pull ups also come in to training alot?

- Anybody expierence within joining artillery as a foreigner?

- do i have a good chance of being Acsepted as artilleryman?

Ps: I know where I want to go and i am not an call of duty addict. But really wanna do something. I checked already for evacutation work but got no ways in.

Already thanks for your answers 💪🏼

Flat foot surgery

Hello Guys, in september I need to get a flatfoot surgery. They will do a

- Gastrocnemius/Achilles tendon lengthening (to reduce tightness in the calf and improve ankle flexibility)
- Medial midfoot bone wedge insertion (osteotomy with wedge graft) to correct midfoot collapse and restore arch alignment
- Calcaneal osteotomy (heel bone realignment by cutting and repositioning the calcaneus) to improve hindfoot alignment and foot biom

Now I have orthopedic work shoes and the mechanic pain almost disapeard. so i know the mechanica pain of my feet will go hopefully away with a surgery. BUT… I expierence now a burning pain across the entire sole of my foot when standing on hard Floors with my work. ( With the shoes on ). I have this now for about 1 year.

Anybody knows if this specific operation will help for this burning pain? Or anybody had this operation and can tell me how hé is doing now? It is a hell. Im a man and 18 years old. The mechanica pain is okay now but I want a surgery for like a long term investment.
