I am searching my brain and can’t seem to remember the phone number we called from our landlines to hear the time.

Most of the time I did this so a friend could call me late at night and it would come through as call waiting instead of ringing and waking my mom.

I called that number so many times you would think it would be etched in my memory, but I can’t seem to remember it. Anyone else remember the number?

I can still hear her voice in my head though …“At the tone the time will be”

I am hosting a party on Sunday for my daughter who is moving away for law school. There will be approximately 10 adults. I had planned on doing something simple outside on the grill (burgers and dogs for simplicity) but the forecast has me reconsidering. I’m actually not sad about the weather forcing me to up my game a bit!

There are no allergies I am aware of other than coconut, but the guest of honor is very averse to anything spicy. Other than that, I’m open to any ideas for good recipes to feed a group of 10. Bonus points for suggestions on side dishes that align well. Thanks!
