Would you rent a long term stay Airbnb with this kind of sleeping setup?
I’m wanting to rent out a new studio apartment directly on the Mediterranean with panoramic sea views and a huge balcony. The apartment is right on the sea and the view is breathtaking. (Five star hotels don’t have as good a view. No exaggeration.)
Nicely designed interior with chandeliers and high end art (not this picture). Currently it has a lounge SHAPED sort of like this but a different colour and style, and the gap part opens up to make it a full day bed sort of set up. (No mattress though and no fold out mattress)
Would you sleep on this as in the photo as an Airbnb rental long term (1-3 months plus) or would you need a bed? It is this massive size and it IS very comfortable. Obviously with sheet and blankets. (Currently the inhabitants are sleeping on this and have been long term but but they’re not paying commercial guests.)
