Is this part of sparks a safe neighborhood?
Moving to Reno/Sparks soon for work and looking at a rental near Victorian Ave / around Sparks City Hall. We’re both working full time in construction/trades, and mostly care about whether the area feels reasonably safe/comfortable for coming home late, leaving early, parking vehicles/tools (locked up obviously), etc.
Not looking for luxury, just honest opinions from people who actually know the area. Is it more “older working-class but fine” or more “avoid if possible”? Any insight appreciated.
