Title: What's one AI prediction you think will actually happen in the next two years?

There are plenty of bold predictions floating around, but I'm more interested in realistic ones that could genuinely change how businesses operate.

What's one change you think is likely to happen over the next couple of years, and why?

How do you measure whether an AI tool is worth paying for?

There are so many subscription tools now that it's easy to end up paying for software you barely use.

I've started asking whether a tool either saves enough hours or generates enough revenue to justify the cost.

How do you decide when an AI tool deserves a permanent place in your stack?

What helps you stay focused during repetitive tasks?

Some tasks require a lot of concentration even if they seem simple at first. I've found that taking short breaks every now and then helps me avoid careless mistakes.

I'm curious if other people have little habits that keep them focused.

Do you have any routines that help you stay consistent without feeling burned out?

Do you have a favorite type of task?

I've realized that everyone seems to develop a preference after using the platform for a while. Some people like quick and repetitive tasks, while others prefer spending more time on detailed ones.

Personally, I tend to enjoy tasks that have clear instructions and don't leave much room for guessing.

Do you have a type of task that you're always happy to see appear, or do you just work on whatever is available

How to know if a hair transplant is right for you?

I used to think a hair transplant was something you just decide and fix everything quickly. But the more I read about it, the more I realised it actually depends on a few simple things about your hair right now and where it is going in the future.

For me, the first thing I would look at is whether my hair loss is still actively getting worse. If my hair is thinning very fast, especially in different areas, I would feel like maybe it’s too early to rush into surgery. Because from what I understand, a transplant doesn’t stop future hair loss in other areas.

Another thing I would check is my donor area. This is the hair at the back and sides. If that area is strong and thick, then a transplant makes more sense. But if that area is already weak, then I feel like there is a limit to what can be done, and planning becomes more important.

I also think expectations matter a lot. A transplant can improve appearance and make things look fuller, but it won’t give back the exact same density I had before hair loss started. So if someone is expecting perfect hair everywhere, it can lead to disappointment later.

Age and timing also feel important. If someone is very young and hair loss is still changing, I think it needs more careful planning. If the pattern is more stable, it feels easier to predict the result. So it’s not just about age, but how stable things are.

One more thing is patience. The result doesn’t come quickly. It takes months to see real growth, and up to a year or more for the final look. So I feel like I need to be okay with a slow process, not an instant fix.

In many cases, doctors also suggest using treatments like finasteride or minoxidil along with surgery, or even before it, just to stabilise existing hair. Both Finasteride and Minoxidil should be used under medical supervision a dermatologist will set the right routine for you.A transplant alone doesn’t really control future hair loss.

From what I understand, being a good candidate is not just about having bald areas. It’s more about having stable donor hair, a realistic expectation, and a long-term plan instead of thinking of it as a one-time solution.

I’ve also seen clinics like Eugenix Hair Sciences mentioned a lot when people talk about more advanced or planned cases, especially when the pattern is not simple. But still, I feel like the main decision always comes down to personal situation, not just the clinic.

I think the real question is not just “can I do a transplant”, but “is this the right time and do I understand what I’m getting into long-term.”

How are you guys finding UGC creators these days?

I've been trying to find a few UGC creators for a small project, and I forgot how time-consuming it is. Most of my time has gone into scrolling through Instagram, checking profiles, and waiting for replies that never come.

I ended up trying one of the platforms people recommend, JoinBrands, mostly because I wanted to see if it would save me some time. It did make things a bit easier to organize, but I'm still figuring out what works best.

I'm curious what everyone else is using these days. Are you finding creators through social media, agencies, or some other platform?
