Full body red light panel - real-use update after 3 days
I know this picture looks a bit creepy... but I figured I'd share a quick update after actually using this panel for a few days.
My initial unbox post got some attention and a couple people asked for a real-use review, so here it is after three days.
Pros: Build quality feels solid. The dual-chip design with four wavelengths gives good coverage for both skin and deeper recovery, and the flexible placement options (floor, wall, or door hook) make it easy to position. Coverage is clearly better than smaller panels I've tried.
Cons: The only real downsides are pretty minor. It does take up a fair bit of space when it's set up, and because the coverage area is larger you do need to be extra careful with eye protection during sessions.
I'm happy with it after three days. It feels like a practical half-body option that I can actually use daily without rearranging my whole room, and the extra coverage compared to face-only devices is noticeable. Still early, but so far no regrets.
