How safe are your funds with Gomining?

Lately I don't feel that positive about how gomining manages, the business, starting from the sudden drop in TH price many months ago, which could have been done slowly, in smallest steps over the time, instead of one big drop all at once.

But that is not the main issue, it's already the third or fourth times I get issues with withdrawal of my GMT tokens, and every time I get asked by support to redo the KYC, it's getting annoying, and I feel I don't have control of the funds, it's the sublet feeling that usually we do not perceive from an exchange, cause 90-95% of cases, funds are easily accessible, but with gomining, it's getting tedious and the feeling of not being in control is getting heavier to digest.

Am I the only one that has issues with withdrawal?

I just saw this in the wallet option, but even after reading the description I cannot figure out the fee structure well.

so for a loan I have to deposit BTC, or TH power in the future.

it will be up for 30 days with the ability to renew.

but the fee is 1.5-2.5 per cent per month?

x12 months its 18-30 percent fee ...

I think it is a little too high, I mean on Aave the fees are much lower, but I like the ability to repay the loan in 30 days without incurring into additional fees.

a nice tool for short time arbitrage or speculation, but very bad for long term loans.

is it correct? or do I have misunderstood the details and numbers?

I personally don't speculate in a short time so I would love a long time loan to buy more power or increase my discount levels.

would you guys use it? and how?
