It saddens me to know that kids being born right now want even know what a disc is, just like how my nephew doesn’t know anything about VHS tapes. But that’s how it goes things will always evolve. 3 years ago I had a resection and got my cecum removed in my colon and got put on stelara. I got super healthy and over 2 years put on 20 pounds of muscle. Then I injured my thumb, it was weird and didn’t make sense to my Dr cause it seemed like an impact injury but I had no impact to my thumb. MRI showed multiple strains and loss of cartilage. After a year and going through rehab the healing has stopped and I’m still not able to grip things and workout. About 6 months into thumb injury my shoulder froze. At the age of 32 Dr said it was kinda weird for it to happen since I don’t have thyroid problems or diabetes. Had to get the hydralyzation treatments(where they put fluids into your shoulder to break up adhesions in the shoulder joint) not fun but not as bad as it sounds. After 3 months of rehab almost had completely recovered from it. 2 weeks later it froze up completely again. My gastrologist has always said it not connected to my crohns but at this point something is not right. I see my shoulder Dr next week and I already have an appointment with my gastro Dr set up. Anyone have a similar experience with this? Thank you in advance.
