15 weeks in - 202.5kg to 179kg

I posted an update in here about 6 weeks back when I crossed the 190kg threshold.

Since then its been a bit up and down, with about 3 weeks of no movement however today I dropped into the 170's, only just at 179kg.

For those who wonder about aggressively going up the doses, I'm currently on 3.75mg and only increased the dose before last. An aggressive drive up the ladder doesn't nessecerily mean better losses.

Calorie wise, I'm landing somewhere between 1700 and 2200 on average, with a daily deficit of around 800 to 1600 calories.

Side effects: I'm still getting eggy burps and lose stools, generally day's 2 to 4 post jab.

Had a blip last week with dosing as my supplier didn't ship my new pen for a week due to the hot weather, so went 9 days without a dose. Next dose is due on Thursday coming. Aiming to ride out 3.75mg as long as I can, a other 2 - 3 months ideally before stepping up to 5mg.

UTR not connecting to hotel / personal WiFi uplink

I'm currently in a hotel with a captive portal.

I'm connecting to the UTR, which sees the hotel WiFi and shows it connects, but then when I go back to enable the teleport the uplink shows as down.

I've then tried my own WiFi hotspot and the uplink still doesn't connect.

Anyone know how to fix this?

The last 67 days - 202kg to 183kg.

For those who ask how long you can stay on 2.5mg, I'm still on 2.5mg, dosing every Thursday evening.

My calories in are normally between 1,400 and 2,200 depending on the day and if I'm eating at home or out, giving a deficit against TDEE of around 1,000 - 1,500 per day.

Steps are around 6,000 - 8,000, with resistance training in the gym over the last few weeks too.

Most days consist of at least one portion of chicken and one clear whey protein, however it's usually two of each as I'm aiming for 180g of protein per day.

I'm looking to stay on 2.5mg ideally for another month or so as although I'm getting some food noise creeping back i'm also still getting some side effects.

Aiming to be below 170kg by the end of July.

I'm currently on week 7 of 2.5mg and have lost 16kg in that time. The last week or so I've seen my weight bounce around the same weight, even thought I've been in a 10-12k deficit each week.

Today I woke up and had dropped 2kg overnight, confirming my suspicions that it was just water weight.

I'm currently click counting my 5mg pen, but looking to plan ahead to when I need to increase my dosage.

I'm still seeing results on 2.5mg as well as getting side effects, lose stools, eggy burps, etc but they're no where near as bad as they were to start.

I am finding food noise is slightly creeping in, and food is have avoided 3 weeks ago I'm trying again, so feel the time is nearing.

Would I be better to go up to 3.75 / 5mg every 7 days, or stick with 2.5mg every 4 days to reduce side effects but also remove the food noise at the back end of the week?
