I strongly discourage any BU students from applying to this job posting that is listed on the BU Student Employment Job Board... unless you thrive in an understaffed and disorganized work environment, being insulted and literally yelled at by your superior, and more.
Only masochists would enjoy this job.
I do not want to share details that can identify me for fear of retaliation, but just know that the stress from this job can be insane. I have high stress tolerance and have worked a wide range of jobs, but only at this job have I ever experienced stress hives during and after work shifts.
A number of BU students have quit due to the increasingly toxic work environment (which is why they are hiring now). Do not be the next one.

P.S. if you have already applied and are set to start working soon, I would recommend jumping ship now if you can financially afford to (ex. start working at whole foods instead). Leave ASAP whether you just don't show up to work or formally inform them via email that you can no longer work there.
