In the 5e Planescape campaign, the Dump in Curst is managed by a green hag named Dolores. Is there any 2e information that gives more details about her? I'm preparing additional encounters for my Turn of Fortune's Wheel campaign, and I want to place Dolores in the Dump.
While driving to work this morning, my accelerator pedal stopped working with no error message. Thankfully, turning the car off and back on restored full function. I was in an area where stopping briefly caused no traffic issues.
Is this a warning sign of other problems with my car?

Edit: I experimented with intentionally putting the car in neutral while driving, and it behaved the same as this morning. I'll attribute this to the car somehow shifting to neutral (either user error or mechanical/electronic error). If it happens again, the issue can probably be resolved by putting the car into B or D.
