Opening chefs case myself no longer stresses me out. I’ll fill the case to the best of my abilities, but there may be a few holes, or things that don’t get more food added to it. I’ll do my production list, which usually has a mix of pre slice and fresh pack items and all require me to make 20+ of them, but at least half of my list won’t get done. I’ll do amazon orders, but occasionally you won’t find your order in the pick up area because I haven’t been able to get to it yet. I’ll restock charcuterie, but just like with chefs case, there will be holes.
