I’m building a community app where people share grocery prices near them — need feedback

I’m working on an app idea and I’d love to get honest feedback before I start building it.
💡 Idea:
A community-powered grocery price sharing app where users can:
Take a photo of a grocery product in a supermarket
Add the price + store location
Upload it instantly
Other users nearby can see real-time prices and compare stores
📱 Problem it solves:
Right now, grocery prices vary a lot between stores, but:
It’s hard to know which store is cheapest
People waste time going from store to store
Discounts are not always visible in one place
⚙️** How it works**:
Users search for a product (like milk, rice, eggs)
App shows nearby supermarket prices
Users can also upload prices from stores they visit
Community keeps data updated in real time
🧠 Example:
You search “Milk”
The app shows:
Lidl → €1.29 (updated 5 min ago)
Kaufland → €1.45 (updated 20 min ago)
Billa → €1.55 (updated 1 hour ago)
So you instantly know where to go.
🚀 Why I think it could work:
Everyone buys groceries
Prices change often
Community updates make it real-time
Could save people money every week
