I finished getting E2S1 Feixiao/Ashveil this patch and plan to pull E2S1 MBlade too to finish the trifecta and use them 95% of the time with a sustain. preferably DHPT with S1 but I'll use Hyacine too if it's more comfortable or if I struggle avoiding 1 HP on Blade without using guard of wuthering snow.

I'm going to use Eagle on Feixiao only to squeeze as much value as possible from every hit, my question is if there's a point to aim for any specific speed threshold on her (such as avoiding being rate limited by her E2s 6 instances) or if I should instead go for ATK% boots instead, I would like trying for Feixiao to get a guaranteed 3 turns or higher with everyone going at full throttle on a MoC 150 AV 0 cycle if possible
