and it seems that guides are either dated or dont touch on it.

it seems like you just put the character with the highest stat in the position but thats not all there is to it. when i move around characters to different posts upgrades for abilities become available even though that character has a lower relevant stat for the post.

can i move a character to the post to upgrade the ability and then move them back to where they have a better stat? does the upgrade stick? is that a smart thing to do or will that bork progression down the line?

absolutely love this game so much. ive been straight no life-ing outside of work. but i really wish they would explain the systems of the game better.
