Hi. me and my friend are intermediate and beginner kite surfers respectively and we are looking for a good spot for a 2 week trip in late June and early July in a spot with decently consistent wind that is affordable and has a spot where he can take lessons. Basically we don’t want to go in USA or expensive Caribbean due to cost. I also have a lot of Avianca life miles so Latin America is considerably cheaper for me to fly to.

Some of the spots we are thinking are Colombia( though not sure which area for wind/affordability) Selina del Rey or la guajira. Also thought of cabarete but the flights for our dates are ridiculously priced for how close the DR is.

open to any and all suggestions.
