panther creed permit update
Keel committed to submitting a noise control plan, erosion and sediment control barriers, acoustic barriers, and a series of technical reports to ensure compliance with the Nesquehoning ordinance. If they meet the deadlines estimated by their staff, these should be ready for approval on July 22. This affects the DEP permits—which are based on the necessary earthworks—and could be the reason for the delays.
