Took me 10 years to notice this clever foreshadowing Orlando Henao's fate by starting the very next scene focusing on Pacho's brother's hands.

Victor Patiño-Fomeque; The last Colombian Narco Boss?

He is still alive, he is still free, and the State Department says he is in charge of a small army in Colombia, and he is still trafficking.

This guy has a super interesting history.

He goes all the way back to Pablo's days; he was one of the Gentlemen of Cali.

Narcos only highlighted 4 Cali bosses, but there were like 5-6 Cali bosses.
Just like Medellin Cartel had 5-6 bosses (Pablo, Gatcha, Lether and 3 Ochoa brothers)

Victor was a former cop one of his superiors was the famed North Valley boss Orlando Henao.
Both of them started as corrupt cops working for the Rodrigues Brothers.

They both branched off and started their own cartels.
Working alongside the Rodrigues Brothers; Victor was closer to the brothers than Orlando Henao. And the Rodrigues Brothers, considered him and equal at the same level as a Pacho or a Chepe.

Victor got along with both sides; the North Valley cartel and the Cali cartel side.

Victor was also said to have worked with Pacho to organize the payments of money and weapons to Los Pepes while they were hunting Pablo and his men.

His expertise was running the labs and coordinating the boat shipments to America.

Victor gave himself alongside the Rodrigues Brothers, was extradited to the US also.

And that should have been the end of his story... but it got weirder.

Victor decided to cooperate with DEA; it's strange because DEA said they wanted nothing from Victor and they were not pressuring him at all.

With the help of his little brother Luis Alfonso Ocampo Fómeque (who was free running with the North Valley Cartel).
They started to drop the dime on North Valley Cartel shipments and underground labs.

They both got exposed, and North Valley Cartel executed almost 40 members of Victor's family; including his brother Luis whose body was found chainsawed in half floating in a river.

The DEA still cut Victor's sentence down for cooperation and released him back to Colombia.

Again, that should have been the end of it, but again it was not.

Upon Victor's arrival in Colombia, several prominent Narco leaders were killed.
Including Orlando Henao's sister; not a narco but she was very influential during the violent period Victor's family was massacred.

Victor put out a statement to the press 'i'm not a boss anymore'.
The state department does not believe him, they said Victor has reopened his boat shipments and a couple of labs.
And employees former North Valley gang members; the faction Wilber Varela was in charge of (Wilber and his slain brother Luis were very close friends).
The Wilber Valera faction had not taken part in the slaughter of Victor's family, Wilber had forbidden any of his men to touch Luis family and just kill Luis and no one else.

Victor has also allied himself with Colombian paramilitaries to destroy local small cartels who took over his routes while he was gone.

If Victor is still active, he is legit the last major Narco boss in Colombia
