Property showings drain me way more than I expected.
I don’t know how people do multiple showings every week without getting mentally exhausted. You clean the place, coordinate schedules, drive over there, repeat the same explanations 15 times and then half the applicants ghost anyway. I used to think this part would actually be kind of enjoyable. Instead it feels like speed dating mixed with customer service.
Do experienced landlords eventually stop finding showings tiring or is this just part of the process forever?
