Hi, I’m going to be auditioning for a production of hamlet soon enough and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for monologues or even just characters that I can look for monologues from to audition with. The director has requested we prepare a Shakespeare/ antiquity monologue and a contemporary monologue. I really want to go for Ophelia as she’s the character that I find the most interesting and I want to make a good impression with the material I choose to present. If anybody has any suggestions please send them my way!
