Tepezza for "thyroid eye disease" with side effects such as possible irreversible deafness

I have never in my 51 year life ever encountered anyone with "thyroid eye disease" - I'm sure it exists and I'm sure people who have it suffer, but come on. How prevalent is this in reality? So much so that a drug for it needs an incessantly run ad? And check out the possible side effects. For starters, they admit they don't even know how the drug works. It can cause permanent deafness, inflammatory bowel disease, high blood pressure, and if you're carrying a baby, it could harm it. So yeah, where do I sign up? Hell I'll risk transforming into Marlee Matlin crapping my guts out to cure my bulging eyes.

What's up with the intro to Baba O'Riley being used in all these ads? Burger King/Starbucks

It's bad enough that Burger King is using it in their CEO led apology "You're the King" tour for all the previous dumb commercials and business choices, but now I noticed Starbucks is using it too (I think perhaps it began with them). Not sure "who" owns the recording rights to The Who's tunes, but "who"ever it is evidently "tipped their hat to the new corporate constitution."

Kohler Walk-In Bath, watching the guy bathe

I see this commercial at least 20 times a day. First, we have a guy who looks relatively healthy and fit and for some reason can't step into a bathtub. Then the cringey sequence of the Kohler guy watching this guy disrobe and take a bath. KOHLER® Walk In Bath Tub.
