Chocking someone is extremely offence heavy and leaves you open to attack. Since viltrumites can hold their breath so long it makes this fighting style extremely dangerus, Mark (and maby Thragg) are probably the only viltrumites who have the willpower to insist on the chocke while being ripped to shreads so it was probably ruled out as strategy viltrumites had to know how to defend agaist. And while Conquest is definatly the second strongest viltrumite from what we know it’s safe to asume he has foaght mostly civilians or other opponents where he did not even have to try. And because of his strength and instability no has been willing to train with him because he would probably just kill him.
