I'm looking to buy one during Prime Day and would really appreciate advice from people who have used one for at least a few months.

My priorities are:

Family of 5 (occasionally 8-10 during festivals)

Prefer an air fryer oven over a basket model but can consider pros and cons of both.

As little PTFE/Teflon as possible (ceramic or stainless steel food-contact surfaces preferred). I'm wary of glass because our OTG door shattered during renovation works a few years ago. Also seems like you have to 'baby' any glass item.

Good after-sales service and availability of spare parts

Long-lasting and reliable

Budget: preferably under ₹10,000

I'm currently considering the NUUK Brisk, but it's a fairly newer brand and I don't know much about their customer service.

Open to considering Philips, Nutricook, Inalsa, Agaro, Wonderchef, or any other brands.

If you own one, what has your long-term experience been like? Any models I should avoid or wait for during Prime Day sales?

For the past few months, I’ve been regularly lodging complaints on PWD Seva and the MCD 311 app regarding issues like garbage disposal, sanitation, potholes, waterlogging, etc. in my neighborhood.

I wanted to share screenshots of two recently closed complaints here, but apparently it doesn’t allow me to put pictures in posts. I’ll try adding them in the comments instead.

It doesn’t work perfectly every time. Sometimes the work is half-done, sometimes nothing changes and I have to reopen complaints and leave poor feedback until proper action is taken. But honestly, it still feels better than just endlessly complaining and doing nothing.

As citizens and taxpayers, we shouldn’t have to chase officials to do basic public work. But maybe if more people consistently start reporting civic issues and holding departments accountable, the system will eventually tighten up enough that we won’t need to keep doing this forever.

Small step, but still a step.
