I am going to Puerto Rico with my friends in early June . Any tips or recommendations would be great .

An activity we were really considering was the bioluminescent bay but we are going right after the full moon when the moon is still very bright . I heard mixed reviews about whether or not it is still worth it .

Also we were wondering should we rent a car or are Ubers and public buses good enough . We also heard Alamo was a good place to rent cars if we need to .

Would appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.
