I might have overdone it with preparing for the second half of the game...
Randomized run. I sorted them descending by level and some aren't fully evolved yet because the necessary items aren't available without box-trading.

Weather Watch quest in randomizer mode
The quest log states that I need to catch a Pokémon that only appears on windy weather but your rival specifically asks for Pidgey. What Pokémon do I actually need to deliver, a Pidgey or any Pokémon that only appears on windy weather (on that route)?
