Ive changed from my Odin 2 Portal to a Lenovo Legion S (SteamOs) and Im getting random 0.3 second stutters with the exact same setup (Moonlight/Apollo) using the Lenovo Legion S, I dont notice anything strange ingame, and with a 300 Mb/s connection I dont think the network is the issue also Ive tried the wifi optimizer plugin and nothing
