My budget for her is 800k. Kung papagawa yung bahay namin for 2nd floor, kulang na kulang baka Wala pang bubong ,slab lang sa taas. This is 21 or 30 sqm (if I remember it right).
Iniisip ko kung I invest ko na lang yung 800k na almost around 13% to 17% gain per year. Then it will earn around estimate of 8k to 9k php a month.
Kung iiinvest ko, sabihin na nating 5k a month to be safe earnings. Then pwede na lang akong kumuha ng foreclosure sa pag ibig na m****ay 2nd floor na pwedeng hulugan and at the same time meron parin akong liquidity that I can rely on just in case something happens.
Please help me po. Lalo na sa matagal na sa investing.
