Our household has six people, 3000 square feet, and two electric cars. We keep the AC set around 73 degrees. Our bill from AEP is generally close to $400/month. Is this as extreme as it feels? FWIW, we didn't notice a huge increase in our bill when we moved to electric vehicles.

My daughter ordered some special balloons online for a party with plans to have them filled here in South Bend. However, it turns out Dollar Tree does not fill balloons they haven't sold. I had figured if I paid for balloons they might be willing to fill the ones she purchased, but that's against their policy. Do you know of anyplace around town that would be willing to fill outside balloons?
