Hi all, my name is Dennise and I'm looking for someone or a couple to take over my lease for a 1 bed 1 bath upstairs apartment on the west side. I recently lost my father so I'm back home to be with family and figure life out, hence the sudden move.
All of May is paid for and the lease ends March 17th. The unit is pet friendly and they allow up to two dogs with no breed restrictions (I had my Siberian husky with me!). The neighbors are super chill, the unit comes with two designated car parking spaces, a courtyard, a new frig was installed in March and I asked for a new bedroom door, and a vanity so that should be coming soon.
