Looking for successes stories from people who didn’t ovulate on 2.5mg but were able to on 5mg. What CD did you ovulate on and how many cycles did it take to fall pregnant?
I started my my first medicated cycle (CD2-6) on 2.5mg letrozole, on CD12 I went in for a scan and it only showed 1 dominant follicle at 12mm with a lining of 4.4mm. I was then put back on 5mg letrozole between CD12-CD16. Today was CD 16 and the follicle only grew to 14mm and my lining regressed to 3.8mm.
I’m going back on CD20 for a follow up scan to see where thing are and have been advised to have timed intercourse until then.
I’m a bit worried with my lining as I have been spotting the last couple days. Have anyone had successful pregnancies with thin uterus lining?
I (29f) have my first ovulation induction appointment with the NHS early June. I’m a really anxious person and have ADHD so would like to come prepared with notes and questions ahead of time . I would be very grateful if people could share what took place during the first appointment and anything you wished you raised at the appointment. I would also be really grateful if you could let me know how long it took to be given letrozole from the appointment?
So far I’ve been seen by gynaecology, had a blood test on day 3 of my cycle (all showing signs of classic PCOS), referred to the assisted conception unit and my partner has had his sperm analysis (his results were normal).
