A1 keeps getting frozen and stuck on the unloaded screen.

I’ve been doing some hue forge prints on my A1 and have been manually switching the filament on the layer switch. Each time I go to unload the filament, it unloads then gets stuck right here. The only way I can get rid of it is by manually power cycling. So to switch the filaments I’ve got to go to my pc and use Bambu studio to load it, to which it gets stuck on the load filament page after it loads. This whole thing is just so annoying, any fixes?

On the newest firmware.

Real estate agent didn’t return keys

This may seem like a pretty stupid situation, and just so you all know, it's not something I can fix alone as I'm not the homeowner. Basically, my parents bought a house with a reputable real estate firm in late 2024. The previous owners of the house didn't want to leave our compound's gate open, so our agent told them to close the gate and take the spare set of keys with them (we were NOT informed of this, by the way. They did this without our permission, and we would've been fine with them leaving the gate open for the two hours between the old owners moving out and us coming to check the house). When we got to the house, the agent sent us a message telling us about the keys and how they would return them once they came to give us our thank-you basket, and we thought it would all be fine.

Fast forward a month. They still hadn't shown up and we still hadn't received our extra keys. We sent them a message and they said something along the lines of "I've lost them." Now in my opinion this is honestly just scary, they've got the gate remote, garage remote, and manual override key for our keypad door lock. Even if we change the door lock, we've still got to reprogram the garage and gate. On top of that, we're now out one set of keys for our gate and garage, which is quite frustrating.

I've tried to bring this up with my parents, but they aren't the type to get into conflict and just keep asking me to leave it. I'd like to get some sort of compensation, or at least get the keys back.

Is there anything we can do after this long a time? If there is it could possibly get them to actually do something instead of always 'leaving it'

UPDATE: Just went to find the contact info of the agent, they are no longer with the agency that we bought the house with and has now started working with a competitor. What now? Is this a lost cause, or is the company still inclined to help us? This is honestly our fault, we should've contacted faster but now I feel like this is reaching a dead end.
