Where to buy an 1872 forage cap repro?

I’d normally be looking at c&c, as it seems they’ve got the most options and are pretty reliable even outside of the civil war period, but it seems they only have earlier designs. Are there other places to find something, or is there some other headgear that would be appropriate? (Besides private purchase felts and straws, which I already own, but I’m not sure if they’d be permitted by a group)

I’d really like to get into western US Indian wars reenactment (1870s), and I have a few questions

1: I’m in western South Dakota, and so far the closest group I can find is 5-6 hours away up at fort Buford ND. Are there any closer groups or better ways to find them than Google?

2: I’m 18 working two part time jobs, so I’m on a bit of a budget, however, I don’t want to heavily sacrifice on accuracy. How much can I expect to spend?

3: I will soon be in possession of a Remington 1858 reproduction by Cimarron for western reenactment, would that be an acceptable firearm for this as well?

4: As mentioned, I also am getting into western reenactment (1870s-1880s), and I’m curious how much cross over there is in kit.

Created a base that I’m really happy with, now I have no idea how to subdivide it for rooms

I’ve been working at this a while, and I’m especially happy with the double loft and central fireplace. The issue now, is that I have no idea what to do next. I’m thinking the kitchen could be under the left loft, a living room in the middle, and maybe some rooms in the loft, but unfortunately, the whole thing has kind of a small about of usable space

First time improvising a solo (or playing in general) in front of a crowd besides my own family

Unfortunately the quality isn't great and only the tail end was caught, but I'm too proud of this not to post it somewhere. It wasn't super clean and I had a couple mess ups, but I played them off pretty well and I'm happy with it for my first time—plus it’s western music, not bluegrass, so it’s a bit less demanding on the mandolin front.
