Claims to have defeated 3 horns.
While he obviously lost the 2020 election - he did manage to get Joe to resign by calling him "sleepy". So, in a way... maybe Joe did lose to him.
To be clear - I'm not suggesting this is the fulfillment of that prophecy. I just found it to be reminiscent.
