I have a history of pcos and just got prescribed metformin due to a rapid weight gain over the past year (50+ lbs after pregnancy). I am a little hesitant because there was a recall a few years ago over metformin extended release being contaminated with NDMA. I was taking metformin at that time and took a 3 month supply of a recalled drug due to my pharmacy not notifying me.

I have some questions:

1. is my risk of cancer higher because I took the contaminated metformin a few years ago?
2. what are your personal experiences with taking metformin for pcos and do you have any tips?
3. do you have any diet advice for someone with intense carb / sugar cravings?

My device is an Apple iPhone. My Yahoo email address was found on the dark web a few months ago according to my bank provider. This morning I was trying to block and delete an email from my junk file and accidentally long pressed it and the contents showed. It contained naked pictures. I immediately clicked out of it but now I am concerned that my phone got compromised. Also, the email subject line was weird because it said 28+ and had 18 crossed out in red. By the way, I am a female and sometimes these email subject lines are addressed to a “Thomas.”

Should I worry? What should I do now? Is there anything to do to stop these emails from coming?

I can’t keep my place clean. I always have dishes piling up and clutter everywhere. One of my problems is that I constantly have to use new spoons, knives, forks, etc. even for the same meal instead of washing the one im already using. Also have trouble consistently putting stuff away in their place. I don’t know how to clean up as I go. Any tips?

I want to purchase a mattress for my toddlers floor bed. I’m mainly considering helix, birch, and Saatva but am open to suggestions. I’m a little concerned about the memory foam in the helix but not sure if that’s something I should even be worried about. Please let me know what you have and how you like it.
