Haven’t done this before so I apologize if it’s a mess.

Just got a quick question doing a flash mod on my iPod mini the drive will only recognize it is there if I have it plugged in to fire wire and if the battery is unplugged as soon as I plug the battery back in the iPod won’t see the drive. Do I need to replace the battery is a bad battery a cause for it not seeing the drive.

Yes I have the iflash cf-sd adapter
