Chain salons

I am a stylist who is 3 years in. I feel like i still cannot cut hair great, 6 months into this year i am on track to make only 20000 at my commission salon. Are chain salons better? I feel like at this point I should try a super cuts, great clips, or hair masters to immerse myself in haircutting. Stylists who work at any if these chains, do you like it? Is the money decent? How is the on the job training?

Models for haircuts

I am a stylist who us 3 years in, i would consider myself comfortable with the basics. More advanced cutting (stacks, women’s short cuts) are really difficult for me. I work best hands on and talked to my boss at my commission salon, she said we could look for a model and make a social media post for specifically stack models. She doesn’t want to discount them. She says they will have to pay full price still but add on a mask, which imo wont mean much to women with short hair anyway. I want someone to work side by side with me while i do a stack so it wouldn’t be the full salon experience for the client. Does this se fair? So far nobody has bit as i think it should be at least 50% off.
