Why does Y6 gets so much hate?
I don't understand it at all. It is one of my favorite Yakuza games. It was the first one with the dragon engine, I believe, which is a turning point. It has Onomichi which I love (it never came back). It has all the substories with voiceacting and cutscenes, which pulls me in way more than reading text. The story is really emotional and it made me cry in the end. It made eating and drinking way better, by giving you rpg like points for it.
I really don't want a 100 substories and to have less but with full voice acting is great for me.
A city like Onomichi is what I would like for every new game or spin-off. Something new besides Kamarucho for every new game, so you get too see more of Japan. Big part of playing these games for me is to be in Japan, because I love the country.
