Hey everyone!

I uploaded my raw DNA to FTDNA on June 15 and paid the $19 transfer fee. They said it should take up to 5 business days, so I definitely wasn’t expecting to still be waiting almost two months later

I’ve contacted support a few times already. At first they told me it would be done in a couple of days, then I was told there were some system changes going on. Still nothing.

My order is just sitting there, and the Batch Number is showing as 0.

Has anyone transferred raw DNA to FTDNA recently? How long did it actually take for you? Is this kind of delay normal right now, or did my order somehow get stuck?

Just trying to figure out whether I should keep waiting or push support harder. Thanks!
