hi all, if i were to get a DMX AFC do I still need a plastic surgeon or does the breast surgeon get it all done? Or is this dependent on the breast surgeon? I was confused when I went in for an appointment with my breast surgeon she did not even offer AFC as an option and instead gave me a sheet of plastic surgeons. thanks!
started my account with I was 25 and freelancing and didn’t have 401k option. I’ve been maxing out ever since but at the time did not have enough info on what to purchase and frankly was too scared. last year at 30 decided to aggressively trade the 41,000 I had accumulated and now at 31 that account sits at 150,000. I’m happy to have made up for the time lost in the stock market but nervous about when I should prioritize compounding. I know I’m using this account incorrectly but I’m trying to take advantage of the tax free benefit and also play catch up. all to say, should i switch to etfs asap or would compounding at 35 be ok? I have a dream of having way more in my roth ira before I let it all mindlessly sit. also i don’t do options and admit it’s been “easy” since it’s been such a good year for trading.
