This has probably been said a million times but with Post Malone teasing a return to rap it’s on my mind. Were the white featured artists on Cowboy Carter lowkey a read? Like did she pick Posty and Miley bc they were culture vultures to prove a point about country being appropriated by white artists? Or am I being too negative and it was more about artists who changed genres?
